With SUMMER just 9 weeks away, take steps now to build healthy habits so you can look better, feel better, and live healthier this summer. How? Change habits by tackling them one step at a time. You may have heard about the power of 1% Changes as featured in James Clear’s Book, Atomic Habits. Now, it’s time to turn good intentions into 1% changes that add up to new health habits, better health, and what I call a sweet life.

I believe that everyone deserves to live in the sweet spot of their life and this means a fulfilling life, a delicious, healthy, and vital life. A fulfilling life includes having a healthy mind and healthy body at the weight you want to be and looking in the mirror and loving what you see.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned in life is that, no matter what has happened to you, there is a way to come back home and live a fulfilling life–in your sweet spot. My part is to bring you freedom from triggers that usually lead to old, unhelpful habits. I help people build a healthy relationship with food and heal the food-shame connection that can come from falling back into old habits.

After years of struggling with overeating and yoyo dieting, I got help and it changed my life. During the last 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight as a dietitian-nutritionist and healthy eating coach. Josh is a great example of someone who has changed his relationship with food and lost 90 lbs. from working with me.  Now, he no longer requires knee surgery from a fall!

I know from experience that it takes accountability and support to try out new behaviors and build a system of healthy habits that you continue throughout the years.  I want to support you so you can start new habits and begin building a healthy relationship with food now so you can have the summer AND live the life you want to live.
